The Municipal Congress Office main activity - Oviedo Convention Bureau – is to attract, coordinate and manage congress, conference sings, symposiums, conferences…
First step to organize an event you should send the proposal by email (congresos@ayto-oviedo.es) or phone (985272111 - 985246217) sending us what is the purpose of the event, small description, estimated number of attendees, days and schedule.
Checked spaces availability in event calendar will send to you the documents of public service tax and technical data to reserve spaces. You must to fill in and include it in Oviedo´s City Council. If will be not availability spaces are going to offer you another days in the event calendar.
Congress City´s Department will authorize the selected spaces by Municipal Congress Office proposal resolution. A copy of the resolution with selected spaces will send to the organicer/petitioner.
